Maui Anniversary Photographer

Lauren and Tom were celebrating their first year of marriage. These California high-school sweethearts enjoy spending time together at the lake and Lauren has taken an interest in sewing and calligraphy (I’ve always loved calligraphy – what a beautiful art!).

After getting married, they came to Maui for their honeymoon. The first year of marriage is always such a journey – there is so much to learn and to appreciate so they thought it fitting to return to Maui to celebrate what an awesome year of marriage it’s been.

Apparently Maui also wanted to give them a gift for their wedding anniversary – the sky started with dark clouds which then turned into a pastel painted sunset with pink bubblegum clouds and intense color. Gosh I love Maui sunsets!! It was the perfect place and perfect time for them to celebrate their young love, dancing on the beach, sweet kisses, and a great evening.
