Maui Wedding Photographer

Last April while on a hike in Canada, Dan set up a wonderful proposal to Lauren. They have two Pugs and he tied the ring to one of their collars to propose to his love, Lauren. It’s hard to think of a more romantic way to propose than in a gorgeous location with your pups and your Love! They have been together for 8 years and Maui was the place for their island wedding with their close family and friends.

The White Orchid Beach House was the perfect spot for their mid-day wedding. The sun played peek-a-boo with us through clouds so we had a lovely mix of shaded images right along with vibrant sunny ones. Their wedding ceremony was officiated by Rev. Keli’i Brown followed by some wonderful appetizers and beautiful cupcakes before we set out for couples images along the property.

Lauren’s dress was gorgeous. It had a purple undertone that went right along with the purple colors she had chosen in her wedding theme. I knew I’d get lots of questions about it, and Lauren was happy to provide the information (see below). Lauren was glowing on her wedding day – truly happy and her smile is like sunshine! Dan is her perfect match. With the two of them smiling together, you can’t help but smile yourself!

Congratulations to the both of you – it was so great spending the morning with you and your families as we celebrated under the Maui sun!
