Maui Honeymoon Photographer

Nicholas and Catherine are so adorable. They married on the mainland (on my birthday, which means that I’ll always remember their anniversary!) and then came to Maui from Indiana for their honeymoon. They wanted to celebrate the joy of their new marriage and the new life they’re embarking on and a portrait session was the perfect way to start that journey. Makena Cove had some gorgeous waves and gave us an amazing sunset.

These two were up for all my ideas and walking all over the cove, scaling rocks, and getting their feet wet. We even made a cute sign for them to hold for a few images. My favorite thing was hearing them laugh together – they are clearly on the same page with so many things. We got an amazing sunset to finish the session as well – it was perfect, though a bit humid!
