Oh. My. Goodness. I am so behind on blogging so many amazing sessions. How is it almost the middle of October with Christmas right around the corner and I haven’t even blogged summer?! Any other mamas feel me?

So to get back into the blogging spirit, I thought I’d write about such an amazing session that I had in August. Sometimes you just instantly hit it off with someone, and that’s exactly what happened with May. We chatted on the phone about their session and then became facebook friends. And then became actual friends – so much so that when the day for our session arrived, May and I hugged and jumped up and down like crazy elementary school besties.

This family was so much fun to photograph – and since their trip we’ve gotten to know each other even more. I love that this art leads me to connect with such amazing people. I feel so truly blessed to do this work.
