Maui Vacation Photography

This lovely family visiting from Southern California wanted an early morning session at Baby Beach in Lahaina. With a little schedule finagling, I was able to leave the house at 6:15am to meet them on the beach! The light was soft – it was the beginning of a gorgeous day.

Mom Julie had told me that her little girl was smitten with Grandpa, and she was so right. From the very beginning, little B wanted to be with Grandpa and we even had to have him hide behind bushes for portions of the session. It was so much fun seeing her hold onto him, play with his glasses, and love on him. Since she is with Grandma 3 days a week as well, she got some Grandma love with palm trees swaying in the early morning breeze.

Part of the focus of this session, aside from the entire family together, was celebrating this family turning from a family of three into a family of four soon. Mom Julie was glowing and radiant in her cream gown and I loved it when we walked down the beach just a little for beautiful white clouds in the background for some maternity images. The light was definitely right and she looked so beautiful!

It was so wonderful to meet all of you, B Family! Thank you for getting up so early to spend a little time on the beach with me. Hope to see you all soon with new baby girl!
