Maui Wedding Photographer

Tina and Ian’s wedding at Merriman’s was a ton of fun. This wedding was coordinated by my friends at Maui’s Angels Weddings and I hadn’t had much back and forth with Tina beforehand so it was really fantastic to finally meet Tina and Ian in person and kind of learn about them on the fly. They are a super sweet couple – madly in love, adventurous, and hilarious.

First some wedding day details to set the mood…

Then it was ceremony time… Let’s just say that happy tears were shed, heartfelt words exchanged, a first dance ensued including the first ever booty dance to Hawaiian music, laughter, love… it was perfection.

A quick toast with the wedding party and then we were after the sunset for Tina and Ian’s images. Be sure to check out Tina’s braveness in holding up a live Eel that a fisherman had just caught (Tina you rock!)

Then it was off to the father and daughter dance – a last minute request that I couldn’t resist. And I’m so glad that we went overtime to capture this moment between Tina and her dad.
