This was such a fun bunch. I was contacted to document this family gathering on Maui – most everyone flew in from Australia with one grouping flying in from California. This was to celebrate Barbara and Steven’s 50th wedding anniversary. To top off the portrait session, Steven surprised Barbara with a vow renewal ceremony on the Merriman’s point overlooking Kapalua Bay.

The ceremony was sweet and lovely and I could tell that Steven and Barbara loved being surrounded by their children and grandchildren. It was a lovely afternoon – we did get a little rain – but I think it was just a blessing of many more wonderful years for this lovely couple
