I love, love, love sparkley things. This is the best season for sparkle projects! We had collected some giant acorns in October waiting to do this project. Unfortunately, my glue had partially dried so we didn’t get as many sparkles as we had hoped… we’ll have to try it again.

We used old toothbrushes to apply the glue. Then we rolled in glitter. The kids thought it was funnier to put the glitter on the toothbrush.

We have a Charlie Brown tree on the dining room table holding it’s lone ornament. See me?

I really tried to line the table with paper, but I am still finding glitter in the little crevices (we have a shabby chic table with lots of wear). But I think it just adds to the charm!
