Smiles, Daddy Time, and Laughs on Maluaka Beach

Direct quote from Mom, “She’s a tough one. Good luck!” referring to their adorable youngest daughter. Sometimes these warnings scare me a little bit – but mostly I take them as a fun challenge – CHALLENGE ACCEPTED! And at one of my favorite Maui beaches ever, Maluaka Beach in Makena!

Absolutely adored working with this ohana from California. We had a huge south swell putting tons of salt in the air and giant waves but we got an incredible sunset and gorgeous light. It was also a ton of fun to laugh with the girls and encourage playfulness throughout the session.

One note I wanted to express is a huge thank you to not only Mom Karin, but to Dad, Evan as well. The love he has for his girls (Karin included) was a beautiful thing to witness and to capture. These little ladies are so lucky to grow up with so much love surrounding them from both parents and I hope that these smiling moments on Maui will remain with them always.
