Maui Tropical Plantation Wedding

Samantha and David have one of the best stories of meeting I’ve ever heard. They met while being audience members at the Montel Williams Show (remember that?) in New York. They decided to elope to Maui and the Maui Tropical Plantation was the perfect place for their 12-12-12 wedding.

While most couples opt for the beach, the beautiful garden settings in Waikapu are a special place with the West Maui Mountains in the background. I loved how Samantha’s veil blew in the wind. She was a modern day Cinderella! I was really happy that they were willing to go into the orchards and off the beaten path into the avocado, mango, and banana trees. Plantation ducks decided to follow us for a bit, too. It was the perfect Maui wedding experience.
