I was recently asked by DropCam if we had any PUPtecors in our house – you know… the dog who feels they own the place. The dog that will drop everything to protect their home and their humans. While we have two four legged canine friends, Dexter Nubbins is definitely our little barker and doorbell. Though he’s almost 14 and slowing down, once someone approaches that front door he lights up like a puppy and his legs turn into springs while he jumps higher than anyone thinks possible.

If he’s not guarding the front or back door, you can often find him sleeping the day away curled into a little furry ball or burrowed into a pillow or blanket.
