Maui Vow Renewal

I immediately connected with Stacey from the get-go. Once she mentioned that she and her husband are business owners with kids and trying to find a balance between everything AND their theme song is I Won’t Give Up by Jason Mraz…. well that was it. I just knew this was going to be a special session.

The day of our shoot, there was an accident that closed down Honoapi’ilani Highway. I was stuck on one side of the volcano and they were on the other. Thankfully, we squeezed in time before they headed to the airport. We met at sunrise in front of their condo in Honokowai where Stacey and Jonathan renewed their vows to each other as the sun started to rise above the West Maui Mountains.

I love the connection that they all share – tons of smiles, laughter, hugs, cuddles. Truly an honor to capture this special time. xoxo
