Rebecca & Shawn Marry at Historic Mala Wharf and Pioneer Inn in Lahaina by Mariah Milan, Photographer

It was incredibly special that Rebecca chose me to photograph her wedding because she explained how much she loves Mala Wharf in Lahaina. I share that same love for Mala – my older two kiddos had their baby blessings done there. At one time Mala Wharf was a necessity for Lahaina, and now it’s a relic of passing time. Shawn and Rebecca married right at the end of Baby Beach with Mala as their backdrop. Before the ceremony, they were both carefree and excited and then the ceremony got them with happy tears as their family and friends watched.

We were blessed with a lovely sunset before heading to Pioneer Inn in Lahaina for the reception. The lights of Front Street shone on the ocean and we grabbed a few more couples shots and then it was reception time in the beautiful courtyard.
