Maui Wedding Photographer

Heather and Jared are a lovely couple that live here on Maui. I got to photograph their beautiful engagement session at Iao Valley earlier this year. Heather is a nurse and exudes the caring spirit that goes along with her profession. She actually came to see me at the hospital when I was there with my son – to check in on us, make sure he was doing ok and was comfortable. It was so nice of her – to come see him when I was there not as a business person or photographer but as a worried mom. Her smile is very uplifting and sweet and I’m so glad that I got to meet these two well before the wedding.  Jared is a personal trainer and so smitten with Heather. They make a great duo!

Their wedding day was absolutely stunning. The White Orchid Beach House florals were decorated in beautiful peaches and creams, the wedding cake stunning.

A favorite moment of mine was when Heather hid in the bathroom and had her friends come into the bridal suite. She came out to reveal her dress and it was such an awesome moment! The ceremony led by Rev. Al Terry was heartfelt and beautiful. Friends and family gathered to congratulate the happy couple with lots of hugs and kisses and we were serenaded by the sounds of the fantastic duo Barefoot Minded. To make the afternoon more sweet, the sun kissed the horizon – just stunning!
