Maui Photographer: Lifestyle Water Sessions

Last year we did a sunset session for this Canadian family and this year we planned something really fun – they rented a tandem bike and a paddle board and we did a really awesome session at Baby Beach in Lahaina that was based purely on FUN. On this particular morning, Baby Beach was extremely low tide and was basically our own personal swimming pool.

The sun came over the West Maui Mountains and WOW the colors were absolutely stunning. YES – I was in the water too and it was a blast. These guys are such a fun family – up for all kinds of fun. I honestly had a very difficult time choosing which images to showcase on their sneak peek.

For anyone wondering, these are all shot with my Nikon DSLR and I am willing to get in the water waist deep, but only at Baby Beach due to the calmness – can’t have the camera get wet 🙂 I will be announcing an underwater session very soon – just need a buoy so my camera doesn’t sink and a calm water day to shoot 🙂
