Maui Photographers

There are moments in life where people come into your life for many reasons and in this particular line of work this is completely true. Many people come into my life and I learn so much about family dynamics, personalities, how to be humble, how to stand up for myself, different ways of showing love, and how to be BRAVE. This is the case with this family.

5 years ago Jessica had a brain tumor. She had brain surgery and had to learn to walk, to talk, everything. She has written a blog about her journey and I find her so inspiring and so brave. In addition, her husband is pretty amazing. During our mini session at Mokapu Beach, he was a pillar of strength for her and their boys. What an amazing family!

We did battle a bit of bright sun this morning but Mokapu Beach was showing off it’s blue waters and vibrant colors making for some beautiful images. My favorites, of course, are the boys and Jessica.

So happy to meet you Jessica and family! Thank you for showing me how to be BRAVE! XOXO
