It was a beautiful morning at Kuau Cove. The sun was just peeking over the horizon, and the waves were crashing gently against the shore. The J Family was laughing and playing, enjoying the simple pleasure of being together. We photographed them as they hugged and kissed, loving the way they interacted with each other. It was such a simple and sweet session, and we’re so grateful that we were able to capture these memories for them. Every time we look at these photos, we can’t help but smile.

A Simple Moment to Remember

Kuau Cove on Maui is one of the world’s most beautiful places, and there’s no better time to visit than at sunrise. Fronting Mama’s Fish House, this location boasts a sandy beach, calmer waters, lava rocks, and a palm tree grove. The colors were stunning, and the family had a great time together. There’s no better way to begin the day than with a little Maui magic.

Kuau Cove at sunrise is one of our favorite locations on Maui. It’s so simple and beautiful there. The soft light of the sun rising over the water is just perfect for family photos. And the best part is that it’s usually pretty empty in the early morning, so you can really take your time and enjoy the moment.
