Morning and Big Beach in Makena make for a great combination when you’re looking for vibrant, blue water and sunshine filled family photos. I met up with this sweet mom and dad and their very fun (almost) two year old the other morning. To say this little guy is fearless of waves would be an understatement. He ran toward them so fast! Mom and Dad spent a good part of the session chasing him and tickling him. Those kinds of family interaction are some of my very favorite things to photograph – and what better place than Maui?
