Part of the joys of being a wedding photographer on Maui are that I get to really enjoy and be a part of smaller weddings. There is something so special about weddings that are just the couple or a handful of close family and friends. In this case, Maria and John were married surrounded by their closest friends. To see the amount of love in this group was really beautiful. Not a dry eye remained at the end of the ceremony.
A beautiful touch was that John made the bouquet that Maria held. I love touches like that – it adds so much personality to a wedding.
Reverend Diana George officiated the heartfelt ceremony while Ernest Pua’a played the ukulele and sang. The group headed off to enjoy the Old Lahaina Luau – a perfect finish to a beautiful wedding!
A big MAHALO to Maria for the tea she brought me. Her store, Tea Gallerie is located in San Diego and you can order lovely teas online as well!
