I’ve known Nick and Gael for a long time. I even got to photograph their older son, Noah, when he was a baby. But it had been a while since I’ve seen them (of course moving to Texas played a HUGE role in that!). So I was thrilled when Gael set up a photo session for the family and I got to meet their other son, Grayson.

These boys are BOYS. They love to run around, jump, explore, throw rocks, get wet. At ages 2 and almost  4, it was a bit of a challenge to get everyone looking at once, but we did it! Though  we went for some posed images, my favorites (of course) are the ones with interaction. The way the boys are throwing rocks while Gael and Nick watch, the way Noah ran to hug his mom…. those are moments I just adore.
